New Reels & Parts Updates ISSUE 2, 9/30/11

New Reels Added

We have added parts for more reels to the Penn parts department over the last couple months. More are underway.

[Conventional Reel Parts Section]:

7/29/11: Penn 113L2 reel parts
8/12/11: Penn 114L2 reel parts
9/22/11: Penn SQL12 and SQL15 reel parts
9/23/11: Penn 515MAG2 and 525MAG2 reel parts (one run reels? Replaced by the SQLs)

[International Reel Parts Section]:

9/18/11: Penn TRQS5, TRQS7 Black/Gold Spinning reel parts
9/22/11: Penn TRQS9 Black/Gold Spinning reel parts

Newly released Penn reels can take 6 to 12 months to have the parts available from Penn. We will sometimes get around that supply delay by purchasing a few of the new reels to salvage for parts. As soon as parts become available, we show them as such via the availability icons that you see online. If something is not listed there and you need a visual aid, you can contact us via the website to request assistance. It may take a week or so for us to do such a project. (Example: Bail spring installation for a specific reel)
