Q:  ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

    "When will my order ship?"
      A:  Within 24hrs during week days! We ship Monday thru Friday weekly, Saturday morninbg(USPS only). Orders placed before 10 a.m. EST will ship the same day those days. Orders placed after hours or on the weekends will ship the next available shipping day.

Q:  SHIPPING TO United States and U.S. Territories:

    "Do you ship to my Guam or Puerto Rico address? "
      A:  YES: The online system should accept any U.S. address with a U.S. Zipcode without any difficulty.

      U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
Q:  SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES:
    "Do you ship outside of the USA?"
      A:  YES: As of 5/16/07, all international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International™ (limited countries), USPS Express Mail International™ or UPS Worldwide options. We had too many difficulties with lost orders via Air Parcel Post and cheaper methods. UPS is calculated live at current rates. USPS PMI and EMI are calculated using their current rate tables and only up to packages of 20 lb. in weight. Heavier orders will only come up with UPS pricing. $3 Handling fee is already included in USPS prices - UPS handling is added after selection.

      Please be aware that we may not be able to ship to some countries due to postal restrictions or import license requirements, even if the online system comes up with UPS rates for it. We will contact you if we cannot complete your order and your card will not be charged if that is the case.

      WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AS GIFTS!

      WE DO NOT SHIP aerosol products of any kind, handwarmer fluid, or knives internationally.

      If you have your international order shipped to someone in the U.S., to be forwarded from there to you, WE ARE NOT responsible if the order is lost in transit due to that secondary shipper. Proceed at your own risk.

      USPS Express Mail International™ (EMI)

      Express Mail International (formerly “Global Express Mail”) provides reliable, 3-5 average business day delivery to more than 190 countries. Specific average-days-for-delivery information to major destinations will be available via the USPS online postage rate calculator (Reminder - We add $3.00 handling to all shipping charges). PLEASE NOTE: This transit time DOES NOT include delays caused by customs when the package arrives in the destination country. See Customs section below for more details.

      USPS Priority Mail International™ (PMI)

      Available to more than 190 countries, Priority Mail International service offers 6-10 average business day delivery. PLEASE NOTE: This transit time DOES NOT include delays caused by customs when the package arrives in the destination country. See Customs section below for more details.

      Customs and International Postal Services

      We cannot account for time that your package might be held in your country's Customs agency, but we do attach all the necessary documentation needed to expedite your package through a Customs inspection. We also cannot account for the time that it takes for your package to be transferred from Customs to your countries Postal Service and then be delivered to your residence.

      IF A PACKAGE IS DELAYED IN CUSTOMS, either in the USA or country of delivery, we WILL NOT credit for order or reship UNTIL we have received confirmation from USPS or UPS services as to what happened to the package. BE AWARE that such an inquiry can take 1-2 months, and your package will probably arrive in the meantime. If it turns out to be lost in transit as per USPS or UPS, we will then make a decision based on customers request as to whether to cancel/reship the order. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

      All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. Each country assesses customs, duties, and taxes. Visit the web site of your countries customs service for more details. In addition, your countries Postal Service can charge administrative fees to facilitate customs inspection and deliveries. It is important to understand that, if duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. We have no control over the assessment of these fees and take no responsibility for any additional fees charged to you by your countries Customs and/or Postal system. Prior to placing your order, we suggest that you contact your local Customs and Postal agencies to determine what additional fees you may be liable for.

      Payment options for international orders

      We only accept payments for international orders via PAYPAL or credit card. No personal checks, no international money orders.

      Returns on international orders

      There are no returns or exchanges on international orders. Please be extremely careful in what you order at the time the order is placed.

    "Do you ship to my APO address? "
      A:  YES: The online system should accept APO/FPO addresses without any difficulty.
    YOU MUST SELECT U.S.P.S PRIORITY MAIL AS SHIPPING CHOICE.
Q:  SHIPPING/HANDLING:

    "I only want to order a few screws, but the shipping choices started at $7.60! Why is it so expensive?"
      A:  1: We DO NOT ship First Class/parcel due to endless problems with lost or damaged orders. We spent more time and effort on correcting the problems than the parts were worth.
        - We had parts requested, "Just put it in an envelope", that never arrived because the USPS sorter jammed on the part and ate the envelope.
        - We spent hours trying to find lost packages that couldn't be properly tracked because they went parcel post.
      2: All orders have a flat rate handling fee of $3.00 to cover the costs of:
        Picking/Processing the order
        Packaging material costs
        Post office drop off time
        Invoicing & billing
        Confirmation E-mailing
        Order follow-ups if necessary
      3: This is added to the U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or UPS shipping fees
      (shipping/handling shows as total shipping on the order) We hope this makes shipping fees easier to understand.
