YES: As of 5/16/07, all international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International™ (limited countries), USPS Express Mail International™ or UPS Worldwide options. We had too many difficulties with lost orders via Air Parcel Post and cheaper methods. UPS is calculated live at current rates. USPS PMI and EMI are calculated using their current rate tables and only up to packages of 20 lb. in weight. Heavier orders will only come up with UPS pricing. $3 Handling fee is already included in USPS prices - UPS handling is added after selection.
Please be aware that we may not be able to ship to some countries due to postal restrictions or import license requirements, even if the online system comes up with UPS rates for it. We will contact you if we cannot complete your order and your card will not be charged if that is the case.

Customs and International Postal Services
We cannot account for time that your package might be held in your country's Customs agency, but we do attach all the necessary documentation needed to expedite your package through a Customs inspection. We also cannot account for the time that it takes for your package to be transferred from Customs to your countries Postal Service and then be delivered to your residence.
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. Each country assesses customs, duties, and taxes. Visit the web site of your countries customs service for more details. In addition, your countries Postal Service can charge administrative fees to facilitate customs inspection and deliveries. It is important to understand that, if duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. We have no control over the assessment of these fees and take no responsibility for any additional fees charged to you by your countries Customs and/or Postal system. Prior to placing your order, we suggest that you contact your local Customs and Postal agencies to determine what additional fees you may be liable for.
