Penn Bridge City Reel
This is currently the only info that we have about this particular reel.
Found online on a forum post:
"The Bridge City was made from 1934 to 1940. They came in 100, 200, 250, and 300 yard models. For an older Penn reel I feel they are not that hard to find in the 200, 250 & 300 yard reels. Any 100 yard reels are harder to find.
