To access the anti-reverse system, remove the spool, spool shaft (remove crosswind block plate inside the housing to slide this out) and un-bolt the rotor cup to remove it.

Here you can see the positioning of the parts under the rotor.

The 10-9500 ratchet sits freely on the pinion above the spacer (it's floated a little out of position in this image), one tine tucked into the spring fingers of the 4A-750 silent dog, the other side resting near the arm of the 4-750 dog. The hexagonal end on the underside of the rotor is what secures the ratchet into place.

I tried to angle this shot so that you can see the second 6D-710 eccentric spring underneath the top end of the 224-750 transfer lever, to the left of the 4A-750 silent dog.

When you remove the ratchet, you can see that the pinion spacer is on the top of the exposed pinion. Note the positioning of the 4-750 dog, lower left.

Unscrewing and removing the 4-750 dog exposes the 5-704 click dog spring.

Reinstalling the 5-704 click dog spring, the straight edge of the spring sits against the housing on the left, beneath the lower end of the 224-750 transfer lever. The end that is bent upwards tucks into the hole in the 4-750 dog, which is then carefully slid into position against the transfer lever and the 6L-750 silent eccentric and screwed into place.
